Processing Time
All orders are made-to-order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment. Custom items (including DTF and chenille patch apparel) may require additional time depending on order volume.

We currently ship only within the United States.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
We will replace or fix any order if:

If your order has an issue:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
